PURPOSE: To create and administer your Cyber Talent Management Office account, assess cyber workforce aptitude and readiness, and identify cyber work roles that match your skills and experience.

ROUTINE USES: Information you provide may be viewed by authorized U.S. Cyber Command Talent Management Organization personnel for talent assessment and workforce development purposes. Your information will not be disclosed outside the Department of War except as permitted by the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (5 U.S.C. § 552a).

DISCLOSURE: Voluntary. However, failure to provide the requested information may prevent the creation of your account and your participation in the cyber talent assessment program.
